Do Lovely Confetti themes work on WordPress.com or Blogger?
No. Lovely Confetti themes only work on self-hosted WordPress, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org. You’ll need a domain name and a hosting account first.
Are Lovely Confetti themes compatible with Divi 5 and the latest version of WordPress?
Yes. All my WordPress themes are built for and tested with Divi 5 and are kept up to date with the latest WordPress version. The Divi parent theme is included in your download, so you can use your new website right away. To update Divi (and get new builder features and official Divi support) you need your own Divi licence from Elegant Themes.
What’s your refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued for any instant downloads or digital products under any circumstances. Please review the theme demos and requirements, and get in touch if you have any doubts or questions before you buy.
Do you provide support?
I DO provide support for theme installation and setup, and for any issue with the theme package itself, so that all theme features work as advertised and as shown in the demo site.
I DON’T offer help with:
- Theme customizations or modifications.
- General WordPress questions: I don’t offer general support for the installation, administration or customization of WordPress itself. The WordPress.org forums are a great place for WordPress-specific help.
- Third-party plugins: any issue should be raised with that plugin’s author. Please disable all third-party plugins before submitting a support ticket.
- Issues caused by changes to the theme’s code, styling or functionality.
- Hosting configuration: these issues must be raised with your hosting provider.
Will installing the theme affect my existing posts and pages?
No. All your posts and pages remain untouched. The theme only changes how your content looks and is laid out.
What are your support hours?
I answer support requests Monday to Friday and aim to reply to every question within 24 hours. More technical questions may take a little longer.
