06. All the images are included ?
In most cases yes. Most of the images used have a CC0 license. Meaning they allow to be shared. However, you can still replace them to match your branding.
07. What´s the refund policy ?
Due to the nature of digital products (intangible digital goods), I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Sure! But one purchase = one use. If you have multiple clients or you want to use for yourself and your clients, you will just need to purchase it once for each account using the designs.
